  • Check in is at 2pm, check out is at 10am. You will receive your unique code for contactless check in and check out via email.  

  • We provide complimentary parking on-site, however spaces are limited and cannot be reserved.

    Street parking is also available nearby. For additional parking needs, local parking stations are conveniently situated, with the closest one being NDco Parking at 31 Crown Street, Wollongong. 

  • Early check-in is available for $50 (subject to availability). Late check-out is also available for $50 until 12pm (subject to availability); after 12pm, the full rate will apply. Otherwise, you can leave your luggage with our front desk free of charge. Please check our front desk closing times as we do not operate 24 hours.

  • Unfortunately, Surfside 22 do not accommodate pets at our Hotel. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Yes, you must be over 18.

  • Full payment will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48h will not be eligible for a refund. In the event of a no show full payment will be charged.

  • Our staff are available during office hours to assist with any inquiries you may have. Please visit the office to check our current hours of operation. Outside of office hours, we provide a seamless online check in and check out for your convenience. For emergencies, please dial 000.

  • Surfside 22 do not provide on-site laundry services. However, there is a laundry mat available nearby should you wish to do any laundry during your stay. Please see our in – room directory for details. 

  • Yes, safes are provided in every room.

  • Our pool and sauna operating hours will differ depending on season, public holidays and weather. Please contact our office for availability during your stay. Please note the use of the sauna is prohibited to children under the age of 18.

  • At Surfside 22, smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common areas. Please be aware that a $600 charge will be applied if there is any evidence of smoking or vaping by you, or any persons associated with your booking. 

  • Unfortunately, due to the historic design of Surfside 22, we do not have ground-floor rooms or elevators available.

  • Portable cots are available upon request free of charge and subject to availability. Please note, linen is not provided. 

  • Surfside 22 maintains strict occupancy rules at all times. These rules prohibit group gatherings and parties in suites and common areas during your stay. Failure to comply may result in financial penalty. This policy is in place to protect the comfort, security and safety of hotel guests.
